Here are my Fantasy Football Rankings (quarterback, running back, wide receiver, and tight end) to help you win your 2022 leagues.

If you are looking for top-notch fantasy football rankings and cheat sheets, there is only one place to look, IDP Guys. IDP Guys not only has award-winning IDP Rankings but also consistently provides top-tier rankings for offense.

Quarterbacks

1. Josh Allen - Buffalo Bills

It is no surprise to find Josh Allen at the top of our quarterback rankings since he finished as QB1 in most leagues last year. We see no reason that Allen can't repeat his performance in 2022, as he launches touchdowns to Stefon Diggs and Gabriel Davis.

2. Patrick Mahomes - Kansas City Chiefs

Patrick Mahomes will have to adjust to life without Tyreek Hill in 2022, but we think he will find continued success with new receivers JuJu Smith-Schuster, Skyy Moore, and Marquez Valdes-Scantling. Regardless of who matches up against Travis Kelce, he is always in a mismatch.

3. Justin Herbert - Los Angeles Chargers

Herbert finished 2022 with 5,014 passing yards, which was second to only Tom Brady.  Herbert shouldn't have any problem replicating his success as his top receivers return. Keenan Allen and Mike Williams are reliable pass catchers, along with Austin Ekeler out of the backfield. In Superflex leagues like Scott Fish Bowl (#SFB12), you would expect Justin Herbert to picked in the Top 3, and that's exactly who @MasterIDP picked at #3.

4. Lamar Jackson - Baltimore Ravens

Lamar Jackson finished last year with 767 rushing yards. A dual-threat quarterback can be invaluable, especially in leagues with 4-point passing touchdown scoring. The Lamar Jackson to Mark Andrews combination is tough to beat, and definitely worth considering if you like fantasy football stacks.

5. Kyler Murray - Arizona Cardinals

Kyler Murray made headlines with his new five-year, $230.5 million contract. However, it wasn't the size of the contract that made the biggest shockwaves, it was the unique language that was included.  According to USA Today, It included a clause requiring him to spend four hours per game week on "independent study," namely watching game film. Rumors have circulated that Kyler Murray enjoys playing video games during the season, and his play on the field may have suffered as a result.

Running Backs

1. Christian McCaffrey - Carolina Panthers

When healthy, there is no other spot to put Christian McCaffrey than #1 in fantasy football rankings. McCaffrey offers amazing production with his running and receiving ability. In 2018, McCaffrey totaled 107 receptions and 7 rushing touchdowns. He followed up that performance with 116 total receptions. and 15 rushing touchdowns in 2019.

2. Jonathan Taylor - Indianapolis Colts

Jonathan Taylor was the top running back in 2021 with 18 rushing touchdowns.  It will be hard for Taylor to repeat that touchdown total, especially if the team decides to reduce his workload and give Nyheim Hines additional snaps and targets in the passing attack.

3. Najee Harris - Pittsburgh Steelers

Mike Tomlin used Harris as a true workhorse in 2021 with 307 rushing attempts. In addition, he caught an impressive 74 passes last year. Even though Harris wasn't the best pure runner, his three-down role as a rookie was all he needed to finish in the top three. There were some preseason rumors floating that Harris would have his role reduced in 2022, but we know Mike Tomlin prefers to run an offense with one full-time running back.

4. Joe Mixon - Cincinnati Bengals

Many fantasy owners were ready to write Joe Mixon off after a disappointing 2020, but he had a resurgence in 2021 with 1,205 rushing yards and 13 rushing touchdowns. It will be difficult for Mixon to repeat this performance, but ten rushing touchdowns is not out of the question.

5. Aaron Jones - Green Bay Packers

Some analysts are scared of A.J. Dillon stealing snaps from Aaron Jones, but not us at IDP Guys. The consensus PPR ranking at FantasyPros is RB11, but we see a path for both Jones and Dillon to have productive years. Pro Football Focus graded Aaron Jones as the fifth best running back last season, while A.J. Dillon finished in third. Jones caught 52 balls in 2021, and his receiving role may grow due to the departure of Davante Adams.

Wide Receivers

1. Cooper Kupp - Los Angeles Rams

Cooper Kupp led all wide receivers in receptions (145), receiving yards (1947), touchdowns (16) and targets (191) in 2021. Even though Kupp's ADP is WR3, IDP Guys projects Kupp to repeat as the top wide receiver (WR1) in our fantasy football rankings.  Click on this Link for exclusive ADP Data

2. Ja'Marr Chase - Cincinnati Bengals

When choosing between Ja'Marr Chase and Justin Jefferson, you may just want to flip a coin - that's how close these two players are. For us, it comes down to the quarterbacks throwing the ball, and we have more confidence in Joe Burrow than Kirk Cousins.

3. Justin Jefferson - Minnesota Vikings

Justin Jefferson has a new head coach in 2022 with Kevin O'Connell coming over from the Los Angeles Rams. Regarding the new offense, Jefferson has indicated, "It's not a run-first offense anymore".

Some analysts might use that quote to justify moving Jefferson all the way up to WR1, but we have seen over the years that the transitions to new coaches and offensive schemes don't always go well.

4. Davante Adams - Las Vegas Raiders

It will be strange seeing Davante Adams in Raiders jersey after so many years in Green Bay with Aaron Rodgers. Even though Adams will be catching passes from Derek Carr, we don't see a major drop from Adams' WR2 status from a year ago.

5. CeeDee Lamb - Dallas Cowboys

With Amari Cooper now in Cleveland and Michael Gallup on the PUP list, CeeDee Lamb is in a prime position to be fed the ball early and often in 2022 as Dak Prescott's favorite target. Playoff contenders don't typically rely on rookie receivers, but the Cowboys may have no other choice than to start Jalen Tolbert in Week 1.

Tight Ends

1. Travis Kelce - Kansas City Chiefs

Travis Kelce finished as the second overall tight end in 2021, but we think he will regain the top spot he held in 2020. With the exit of Tyreek Hill to Miami, Patrick Mahomes will rely heavily on his favorite tight end, Kelce.

2. Mark Andrews - Baltimore Ravens

Mark Andrews led all tight ends in receptions (107), receiving yards (1361), touchdowns (9), and targets (154) in 2021. We expect Andrews to regress slightly in 2022, but he is clearly a top-two tight end.

3. Kyle Pitts - Atlanta Falcons

Even though Kyle Pitts is third for re-draft purposes, Pitts is TE1 for dynasty purposes. Pitts will be limited in 2022 with Marcus Mariota at quarterback, but has a bright future once the quarterback situation is resolved. Pitts and wide receiver, Drake London, should make for a lethal receiving combo for years to come.

4. George Kittle - San Francisco 49ers

After the top three tight ends, there is a bit of a drop-off. If you miss out on Kelce, Andrews or Pitts, you would be wise to draft George Kittle. Not too long ago, Kittle was considered dynasty TE1, but has been surpassed by Pitts, Andrews and perhaps even an aging Travis Kelce.

5. Darren Waller - Las Vegas Raiders

Darren Waller disappointed fantasy owners last year when he missed the last five weeks of the season. In addition, his touchdown total decreased from nine in 2020, to two in 2021. We project closer to four touchdowns this year, but his upside will be capped by the arrival of Davante Adams.
