Week 9 of college football is in the books! Let's review the games and take a look at some NCAA IDP Waiver Adds for Week 10.

IDP for college football can be hard to figure out. Weekly, I will provide NCAA Waiver Adds for IDP players who are rostered under 50%, according to Fantrax. The goal of these articles is to give insight into both College Fantasy Redraft and Campus to Canton (C2C) leagues. Let’s take a look at some players to check for your league’s waiver wire!

Disclaimer: All league sizes and formats are different. Meaning some of these players may or may not be available in your league.

Defensive Linemen

Javon Solomon, Troy – 43% rostered

Week 9 Stat Line: 3 tackles, 0.5 sacks, 0.5 tackles for loss

Javon Solomon did not have many snaps in the first two games but since he has received a steady snap count, he has five out of six games with double-digit fantasy points. This is Solomon's second straight year with a big role on the Troy defense and has more than double his sack total this year compared to 2020. He has a slight edge in pass-rushing role compared to rush defender so far this year.

Clayton Coll, Ball State – 38% rostered

Week 9 Stat Line: Bye Week

Clayton Coll and Ball State had a bye week this week but last week against Miami of Ohio, he had 11 total tackles. Coll has five straight games of having 17 or more fantasy points and is a tackling machine. He has 51 tackles so far and this is his first year of being a full-time defensive player with over 500 snaps this season. Coll only has 44 snaps this year where he has been pressuring the QB and only has six pressures in those snaps.

Antonio Grier, USF – 14% rostered

Week 9 Stat Line: 12 tackles, 1 tackle for loss

Antonio Grier has had 15 fantasy points or more in all of the past four games. This is his fourth year in college but his third year as being a big-time player for the USF defense. Even though he only has two sacks so far this is already his best season in pressuring the QB with 15 total pressures. With 41 tackles already he is well on his way to beat his career-high of tackles of 51.

Traveon Redd,  Wake Forest – 38% rostered

Week 9 Stat Line: 1 tackle

Traveon Redd had a quiet game this week but much of that has to do with Duke's inability to pass the ball effectively. Before that game, Redd had five straight games with at least 14 fantasy points. This is Redd's sixth year and in the last three years, he has been more involved in the rushing game. He is aligned in the box 55% of the time so far this season.
