Week 6 of college football is in the books! Let's review the games and take a look at some NCAA IDP Waiver Adds for Week 7.

IDP for college football can be hard to figure out. Weekly, I will provide NCAA Waiver Adds for IDP players who are rostered under 50%, according to Fantrax. The goal of these articles is to give insight into both College Fantasy Redraft and Campus to Canton (C2C) leagues. Let’s take a look at some players to check for your league’s waiver wire!

Disclaimer: All league sizes and formats are different. Meaning some of these players may or may not be available in your league.

Jeffrey Gunter, Coastal Carolina – 36% rostered

Week 6 Stat Line: 3 tackles, 1.5 sacks, 1.5 tackles for loss

Gunter is in his fourth year of playing at Coastal Carolina and has a pretty even split in his role of rush defense and pass rusher. He has three of his five sacks in the last three games and two of his last three games have scored in double digits. Gunter has a bye in week seven, so this would be an add for the rest of the season.

Jamal Hines, Toledo – 33% rostered

Week 6 Stat Line: 10 tackles, 1 sack, 1.5 tackles for loss

Hines, like Gunter, is a fourth-year player and there is an almost completely even split between the rush defender and pass rusher roles. He has already tied his season-high in sacks with four and still has half the season left. Hines has had more production in tackles than Hunter and has had nine or more fantasy points in each game this season.

KD Davis, North Texas – 33% rostered

Week 6 Stat Line: 11 tackles, 4 tackles for a loss

This is Davis' third year of being a big contributor on the defensive rotation for North Texas. He only rushes the passer on 10% of his snaps and plays in run defense more than coverage in terms of snaps. Davis has six or more tackles in four of five games and double-digit fantasy points in three of five games.

Kyle Harmon, San Jose State – 28% rostered

Week 6 Stat Line: 14 tackles

Harmon is a fourth-year player and is on pace to shatter his season-high in tackles in 2021. Like Davis, Harmon rushes the passer very little and is in a run defender role more than coverage. Davis has six or more tackles in every game and has double digits in fantasy points in five of six games.

Verone McKinley III, Oregon – 36% rostered

Week 6 Stat Line: Bye Week

McKinley had a bye this week but in the previous week against Stanford, he had only four tackles. This was his first game of the season where McKinley did not score in double digits in fantasy points. He has played the most snaps at FS and has four interceptions already on the year. He is only a Sophomore but is already garnering NFL attention, so for C2C format he could be a valuable stash.
