Week 8 of college football is over, and we are looking forward. Let’s take a look at some offensive NCAA waiver adds for Week 9.

Weekly, I provide NCAA Waiver Adds for offensive players who are rostered under 50%, according to Fantrax. The goal of these articles is to give insight into both College Fantasy Redraft and Campus to Canton (C2C) leagues. Let’s take a look at some players to check for your league’s waiver wire!

Disclaimer: All league sizes and formats are different, so some of these players may or may not be available in your league.

Garrett Shrader, Syracuse – 19% rostered

Week 8 Stat Line: 236 passing yds, 2 TDs, 0 interceptions; 174 rushing yds, 3 rushing TDs

Shrader is not the best passer for Syracuse but with his running ability, he has scored over 38 fantasy points in three of the last four games. Even though he has only passed for over 200 yards once in the last four games, he is getting at least one pass TD a game. Shrader is only a Sophomore so he is a good add for C2C formats and will have production for multiple years.

David Bailey, Colorado State – 43% rostered

Week 8 Stat Line: 159 rushing yds, 2 TDs, 39 receiving yds

Bailey is a big running back at 240 pounds and is the centerpiece of the run-centric offense for the Rams. He has five of six games with over 14 fantasy points and the other game he left early. Bailey is a Senior and probably does not have an NFL future, so he is purely a CFF pickup for the rest of the season.

Wide Receiver

Brennan Presley, Oklahoma State – 43% rostered

Week 8 Stat Line:  84 receiving yds, 2 TDs

The Cowboys run the ball 64% of the time which ranks eighth in the NCAA. Even though they pass much less, Presley has shown the last two games he has been the go-to receiver with three TDs. Presley has double-digit fantasy games in three of the last four games and as a Sophomore, he is a player that should be rostered in C2C formats for future production.

Zack Kuntz, Old Dominion – 11% rostered

Week 8 Stat Line:  Bye Week

Like I state every week, TE is a hard position to come by in college and you just want consistent production. Kuntz had a bye this week but had a strong game in Week 7 with nine receptions for 119 yards. In five of six games, he has had over 17 fantasy points and has six or more receptions in three of those games. Kuntz is another young player who could be a valuable producer in C2C formats for the next couple of years.
