The offseason for dynasty fantasy football is the best part of the format. Here are three dynasty running back sleepers to look at for 2022.

The NFL is deep with talent everywhere, especially the running back position. People focus on high brand items all the time. People focus on the Kamara's, Taylor's, CMC's, and the other top guys.

A TON of running backs are looked at as sleepers, but here are three key dynasty running back sleepers. Acquire these guys now before it is too late. RB1 finishes are on their horizon for the 2022 NFL season.

    1. Antonio Gibson

Antonio Gibson had such a weird start to the 2021 season. Halfway through the season, he was RB22. With a pre-season ADP of RB12, managers were not feeling Gibson. It is not entirely his fault, though. The Washington Commanders do not know the weapon they have in Gibson.

Antonio played an average of 56% of the snaps this season for Washington and managed a top 12 running back finish. That ranked him 23rd out of all running backs.

That right there shows how great Gibson can be, not even on the field for even 60% of Washington's offensive snaps. The load is there for Gibson to manage as well. He finished number four in total carries for running backs and red zone carries.

Gibson is 6'2 and over 220 pounds. With J.D. McKissic set to become a free agent, Gibson should officially have the Washington backfield all to himself in the 2022 season. Now, is the time to make offers for Antonio Gibson before a positive quarterback change happens in Washington.

    2. David Montgomery

To begin with, Justin Fields' time has arrived and there is no looking back. With that being said, David Montgomery is going to be very valuable for the Bear's offense. It looks like Fields will officially become the franchise quarterback for the Chicago Bears in 2022. Montgomery will help Fields out with elevating the pressure with the ability Montgomery has running the ball.

Montgomery was top 10 in carries, red zone carries, snap percentage, and opportunity share percentage. The workload is there for Montgomery. The offense as a whole is a mess, but the poison in Matt Nagy is no longer there.

Montgomery finished as the RB19 in 2021 but finished as the RB12 on points per game basis. With averaging RB1 numbers in 2021, a new head coach to step in and Justin Fields starting for a full season. Montgomery should thrive in a new Bears offense and is one of the biggest sleepers in all of fantasy football.

    3. J.K. Dobbins

Listen, J.K. Dobbins is going to finish as a top-five running back in fantasy football in 2022. This is the first time hearing it and this will not be the last. Is it forgotten what 30-year-old Mark Ingram did with the Ravens in 2019? Ingram finished as the RB11 and averaged the 11th most points per game that season for running backs.

At age 30, running backs are usually done or near the end. If Ingram can do that at 30, why isn't the entire galaxy high on J.K. Dobbins? Yes, Lamar Jackson will still be rushing for close to 1,000 yards once again, but Jackson rushed for over 1,200 yards in 2019 and Ingram still broke over 1,000 yards.

First of all, the Ravens have one of, if not the best running attack in all of football, which sets up Dobbins for success. He was 16th in total rushing yards and 29th in fantasy points per game but was only playing 49% of the snaps.

In terms of efficiency, 2020 Dobbins should have fantasy managers around the world trying to make a deal to acquire him. In true yards per carrying, Dobbins finished ranked number one, ranked number three in yards per touch, and ranked number four in breakaway runs.

J.K. Dobbins is the biggest buy-in dynasty fantasy football and it should not be taken lightly as the Ravens are loading back up after a disappointing finish in 2021. JK Dobbins, top RB5 finish is incoming.
