With @IDPGUYS building a new tool to cater to all IDP scoring setups, the next step is creating IDP player projections. Here I will break down the best at each position.

In my most recent article, I teased a new tool that IDPGUYS is in the midst of developing. Therefore, as one of the rankers for the website, the next step is to create data to go along with it.

Season projections are only as good as the data entered. So, when you enter your scoring settings into our IDP Scoring tool, the results are customized rankings based on your scoring.

When we rank, we use projections anyway - that is how we come up with rank positions.

When developing my IDP player projections, I factor in these situations:

    1. History and progression of the player.
    2. Did the player land in a new spot?
    3. Does the player have a new defensive coordinator or new defensive scheme?
    4. Has the team has added anybody through the draft or via free agency?
    5. The team's offense, yes the team's offense. If the team has a poor offense, this means that the defense will spend more time on the field.

Below, you will find out how my top 15 IDP player projections shake out at each position for 2020.
