Week 2 of college football is in the books. Let's take a look at some NCAA Waiver Adds — on the offensive side of the ball — for Week 3.

Weekly, I will provide NCAA Waiver Adds for offensive players who are rostered under 50%, according to Fantrax. The goal of these articles is to give insight into both College Fantasy Redraft and Campus to Canton (C2C) leagues. Let's take a look at some players to check for your league's waiver wire!

Disclaimer: All league sizes and formats are different, so some of these players may or may not be available in your league.

Sean Clifford, Penn State - 27% rostered

Week 2 Stat Line: 230 passing yds, 1 TD, 0 interceptions; 66 rushing yds, 1 TD

Clifford has looked a lot better this year under new offensive coordinator Mike Yurkich. He had no turnovers in two games and has shown some ability running the ball. Clifford has not totally lit up the scoreboard as of yet, but the game plan is getting the offensive playmakers the ball. He could be a solid bye week fill-in.

Anthony Brown, Oregon - 26% rostered

Week 2 Stat Line: 236 passing yds, 2 TD, 0 interceptions; 65 rushing yds

Brown had a very impressive game this week and helped Oregon to pull a huge upset over Ohio State. His passing numbers have been average with a little over 200 yards a game, but Brown gives you running upside. He is on pace to beat his season-high in carries and provides a good floor at the QB position.

Jashaun Corbin, Florida State - 32% rostered

Week 2 Stat Line: 109 rushing yds, 1 TD

Even though Florida State is winless, Corbin has been a bright spot. He averaged over 100 yards and 1 TD in each game. The big negative for Corbin is his lack of involvement in the passing game. He has only three catches in two games for only six yards.

RBs are very productive in Mike Norvell's system and Corbin seems to be the lead back this season. Corbin could show serious potential in the NFL, so he is another good pick for C2C formats.

Sean Tucker, Syracuse - 28% rostered

Week 2 Stat Line: 54 rushing yds, 1 TD, 27 receiving yards

Tucker is the lead back for Syracuse and is averaging 20 fantasy points per game. He is also averaging 19 carries a game, so the volume is there for him to keep up his solid fantasy production through two weeks.

Demetris Robertson, Auburn -  4% rostered

Week 2 Stat Line:  61 receiving yds, 2 TD, 36 rushing yards, 1 TD

Robertson had a quiet week 1 with 28 yards but had three total TDs in week 2, albeit against a weak opponent in Alabama State. What is promising is his involvement in the pass game, rush game, and return game. Robertson needs to show more consistency but, in this improved Auburn offense, is worth picking up as a flier.

Samori Toure, Nebraska - 4% rostered

Week 2 Stat Line: 136 receiving yds, 2 TDs

Toure had a quiet first week with 37 receiving yards but the following week he had over 100 yards receiving and 3 total TDs. Toure has shown he can be a big-play player and can also get the volume. In Week 1, Toure had eight receptions and in Week 2 he had only two receptions.

Nebraska's passing game under Adrian Martinez has been inconsistent but, since they will most likely be losing often, Toure provides good production for the season.

Brock Bowers, Georgia - 13% rostered

Week 2 Stat Line: 107 receiving yds, 2 TD

Georgia is missing starting TE Darnell Washington for a few weeks but, in his absence, the freshman Bowers has been impressive. In Week 1 against Clemson, there was not much offensive production, but he still was targeted often and had a breakout in Week 2.

It will be interesting to see what Bower's role will be when Washington returns. In C2C formats, Bowers will be a good addition because he will have two to three years of solid production.
