With the wide receiver position so deep, having a premier wide receiver on your dynasty team is more important than ever. Some elite talents were coming into 2024 and we will discuss where they rank in dynasty.
With talents like Marvin Harrison Jr. and Malik Nabers finding their new homes in 2024, where do they stand among the other elite receivers in the NFL? We rank the top twenty-four receivers in dynasty fantasy football and group them in tiers. Having one of these elite receivers, especially in PPR formats can make or break your fantasy season.

Wide Receiver Tier 1
Justin Jefferson
The census number one receiver in dynasty leagues, Justin Jefferson didn't have his expected normal season in 2023. Dealing with injuries himself and losing Kirk Cousins, Jefferson affected plenty of hopeful fantasy owners. With that said, he was still able to put up over 1,000 yards receiving and even showed many that he was capable of having outstanding games without Cousins. Because of that, it still gives me confidence in putting Jefferson as the WR1 in dynasty leagues with rookie J.J. McCarthy or Sam Darnold at quarterback.
CeeDee Lamb
What a season CeeDee Lamb had in 2023, finishing as the WR1 in fantasy all while having career stats. In a Dallas offense that had to lean heavily on Lamb and the passing game, he was able to see consistently 10 targets or more a game. Coming into 2024, it looks to be the same for Dallas since they did not address the running game. Allowing Lamb to have the chance to be the WR1 in fantasy again.
Amon-Ra St. Brown
This may come as a shock to some seeing Amon-Ra St. Brown in this tier, but he is an elite talent at the wide receiver position, and you can see the growth from year one to now going into year four. In his first three seasons, St. Brown has averaged 105 receptions and 1,196 receiving yards. Putting him as one of the most consistent wide receivers in the NFL and a top-seven wide receiver in fantasy. Having Jared Goff as his quarterback and the new additions of Jahmyr Gibbs and Sam LaPorta only helped St. Brown elevate his game this past season. He will be a staple for any dynasty team going forward.
Ja'Marr Chase
Ja'Marr Chase is an immense talent with elite ability, the only concern I have for him going forward will be the health of Joe Burrow. Chase missed a game last season but there was a different Chase on the field when Burrow played or didn't. In the games Burrow was healthy and played, Chase averaged 14.7 points a game, without Burrow, Chase averaged 12.7 points a game. That can significantly affect which tier Chase could fall in. His talent and this offense are built around Burrow and Chase, which is why he is still in the elite tier like Jefferson and Lamb.
Wide Receiver Tier 2
Puka Nacua
The gem of 2023, Puka Nacua, came into the fantasy world as a complete surprise. Didn't go to a big school and landed with the Rams who have Cooper Kupp, the previous triple crown winner, and Tutu Atwell as the leading receivers. Yet Nacua finished as WR4 last season with 105 receptions and 6 receiving touchdowns. He may not have been the fastest or most athletic prospect, but Nacua runs smooth routes and uses his body well to shield off defenders to catch the ball. A healthy Kupp may worry some but when Kupp was on the field, Nacua still averaged over 17 points per game.
A.J. Brown
After landing an extension with the Eagles, many can release a sigh of relief. The Eagles believe in A.J. Brown and what his future looks like, tied to Jalen Hurts for the next few years. Brown did have an inconsistent 2023, he started strong putting up wide receiver seven numbers or better in five of eight games. In the latter half of the season, he averaged a measly 12.17pts a game placing him as WR35 during that time. A lot can be attributed to the Eagles' offense and the change of their offensive coordinator, this season will have some struggles but look for them to finish stronger and beyond.
Marvin Harrison Jr.
The first rookie on our wide receiver ranking list and a well-deserved one. Marvin Harrison Jr. couldn't have landed in a better situation than where he did in Arizona. Pairing up with Kyler Murray and having Michael Wilson on the opposite side, allows Harrison Jr. to come out of the gate as the clear wide receiver one on the roster. Harrison Jr., like his father, has great route skills, spatial awareness, body control, and soft hands. He learned a lot from his Hall of Fame father and can easily translate his college game into the NFL.
Garrett Wilson
Even though Garrett Wilson has not quite dominated in the fantasy world, his volume, talent, and age keep him in our top ten. Wilson has had over 1,000 receiving yards in each of his first two seasons and that was also with the quarterback play he was dealt. Going into 2024, a healthy Aaron Rodgers could elevate Wilson's value and will be a staple for any startup dynasty team.
Tyreek Hill
Tyreek Hill could easily be in the top five if it wasn't for his age and stating he looks to retire when his contract ends. Hill is an elite receiver and has been WR2 in three of the last four seasons. He is in the perfect offensive scheme and having Jaylen Waddle on the other side, defenses have to account for both. Allowing Hill to have one-on-one matchups in some cases and McDaniels moves Hill around often to get him in easy open space for success.
Chris Olave
One player who seems to get forgotten about is Chris Olave. A clear-cut wide receiver two in fantasy, he is only getting better and closer to a wide receiver one in dynasty. He finished as WR16 last season and that was missing a couple of games. What I would like to see from him is more consistency, there were several times Olave disappeared. Part of the quarterback play was the issue but another year with Derek Carr and health will help elevate Olave to becoming a top receiver in fantasy.
Wide Receiver Tier 3
Malik Nabers
The landing spot was not the most desired for Malik Nabers but with that said, his talent should still shine. Having Daniel Jones as his quarterback does prevent Nabers from having elite stats in his rookie season but does allow anyone in a startup or rookie draft to get him at a value. Nabers comes into this year as the Robin to Harrison Jr's Batman. The talent, route running, and athleticism puts Nabers instantly near the top ten receivers in dynasty leagues.
Brandon Aiyuk
After all the smoke and rumor mill flowing, Brandon Aiyuk survived the NFL Draft and heads into 2024 as a 49er. He is coming off another 1,000-yard-plus season and finishing top fifteen or better in PPR formats. Aiyuk has always had to share the limelight with Deebo Samuel but became one of Brock Purdy's favorite targets. Aiyuk is under his fifth-year option, so he has a lot to prove coming into 2024.
D.J. Moore
D.J. Moore is coming off of his best statistical season after being traded from Carolina to Chicago. He was a favorite for Justin Fields and now has Caleb Williams as his future quarterback. Moore finished as WR6 with 96 receptions and over 1,300 receiving yards. Chicago added Keenan Allen and drafted Rome Odunze, with the additional weapons, teams will not be able to double-team Moore allowing him to make bigger plays.
DeVonta Smith
DeVonta Smith comes into 2024 with an extension, keeping him with teammate A.J. Brown and Jalen Hurts. Target share is a bit of a concern for Smith which places him as a top-end wide receiver two. There are games where he will finish as a top ten wide receiver in fantasy (had four top ten or better finishes) and then there will be games where he finishes less than 10 points in fantasy. 2024 will determine how the Eagles' offensive scheme adapts to the talent they have with the addition of Saquon Barkley.
Drake London
We have Drake London in the tier three ranking due to the upside and what may become of the Atlanta Falcons offense. Londo has yet to finish any better than a wide receiver three in fantasy. The signing of Kirk Cousins brings hope to an offense that needs that quarterback anchor. The change in head coach and new offensive scheme could help elevate London and allow his talent to shine through.
Nico Collins
With his first full season and a new quarterback, Nico Collins shined through as one of the biggest surprises in fantasy. Collins finished as WR12 in PPR formats with 80 receptions and over 1,200 receiving yards. Now has another full off-season and second year with C. J. Stroud, Collins looks to elevate his game. Some may worry with the addition of Stefon Diggs and second-year Tank Dell, but Collins is expected as the wide receiver one and primary target for Stroud.
